  • DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We are unable to offer refunds or ticket transfers for SocialNext tickets. If you think you may not be able to attend enough of the live sessions on March 3rd and 4th, you can purchase a full access ticket that provides access to an archive of all conference sessions (may exclude certain keynote sessions due to contractual limitations) for 30 days following the event. Check out our ticket page for pricing and details and contact info@socialathome.ca for details about how to upgrade if you have already purchased your ticket.

  • WHO ORGANIZES SOCIALNEXT?

SocialNext was created by Mike Morrison. Mike is the creator of Canada's largest digital marketing event series - SocialWest, SocialEast, and SocialCentral - attended by over 1,200 each year. You can find Mike on Twitter at @mikesbloggity. If you’d like to get in touch with him, send him an email at mike@socialathome.ca.

  • I'M NOT A PROFESSIONAL SOCIAL MEDIA OR DIGITAL MARKETER. IS SOCIALNEXT STILL RIGHT FOR ME?

Absolutely -- SocialNext is for anyone using social or digital marketing to do better business. Most of our attendees are professionals who use these tactics as a part of a larger marketing program because they own their own business or work within small departments. All of our speakers are there to teach, not just talk, so you'll receive valuable instruction and have a chance to ask your questions. Plus, SocialNext offers two different sessions for every hour so you can pick which is the best fit for your skill level and/or skill area that needs improvement. And of course, because this is a virtual event, you will have full access to recorded versions of all conference sessions for 30 days following the event. You don't have to worry about missing anything!

  • Do you offer Student discounts?

Yes, we are offering a special discounted ticket for students with valid student ID from an accredited technical institute, college, or university in Canada. This ticket can be accessed through our ticket page. Note that we will request a photo of your valid student ID card after your purchase is complete.

  • Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

Yes, we are offering a limited opportunity for nonprofit discounts. For details, please send an email to info@socialathome.ca along with the name of the organization, which province and city you’re located in, and the number of tickets you may be interested in purchasing.
